Emotions are a bit like clouds. They come and go! In her new full-length solo, choreographer, singer and performer Ólöf Ingólfsdóttir reflects them in an interplay of song and movement. The interweaving of different eras and generations through baroque arias and contemporary dance allows emotions to pass by timelessly in all their facets, sometimes cheerful, sometimes gentle, sometimes fast-paced, sometimes uplifting. Something About Clouds” gradually reveals a search for peace and authenticity unclouded by worldly bitterness in the midst of life's complexity.
